Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to support the growth of our brand and products across Kitchen Retail Trade accounts.

This role involves delivering on strategic sales plans, dedicated account management, and achieving profitable growth in premium market segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning & Delivery:
    – Assist in executing national retail strategies for KRT accounts.
    – Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing National Sales Plans (NSPs).
    – Ensure disciplined execution of NSPs, leading to increased product market share and profitable growth.
    – Provide regular updates on account portfolios to the Sales Manager - KRT.
  • Account Management:
    – Understand assigned customer account businesses and environmental influences.
    – Cultivate and manage existing account relationships to leverage growth opportunities.
    – Actively pursue new customer opportunities.
    – Ensure seamless representation of the brand's value proposition.
    – Provide product training and support to drive sales.
    – Monitor daily sales performance to maximize revenue and margin.
  • Brand Ambassador:
    – Develop effective relationships adding value to internal and external customers.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Previous account management experience is beneficial.
  • Experience and passion for the Kitchen Retail Trade or luxury Kitchen & Bathrooms is highly desirable.
  • Positive attitude and flexible approach to change.
  • Understanding architectural plans.
  • Strong desire for self-development and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Proven track record in increasing sales and margins within an account portfolio.
  • Understanding of constructing a Sales Plan in line with company strategy.
  • Effective communicator with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience within a 'premium' culture and environment is beneficial.
