As a Food and Beverage Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to support the Food and Beverage supervisor in serving and assisting guests, while ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Serving food and beverages to guests with a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Providing accurate and efficient service to meet the needs of our guests.
- Ensuring that all menus are up-to-date and accurately explained to guests, with opportunities to upsell where applicable.
- Maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction throughout each guest's experience in our food and beverage outlets.
- Performing cleaning tasks to the required standard throughout your shift and adhering to deep cleaning schedules.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience working in a restaurant or in a Food and Beverage customer service environment.
- Must be available to work early shifts (6:30 am).
