
Event Experience Coordinator

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that events run smoothly and efficiently. Your main duties will include welcoming delegates, providing them with information about the building and surrounding area, and guiding them through their event.
You will also be required to support event operations when rostered, work as part of a team, rotating duties and schedules, and maintain strong communications with clients and delegates.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, hospitality or events, and possess an enthusiastic, friendly and open personality. They should also have strong communication skills and be able to understand client and delegate needs.

Key Responsibilities- Welcome delegates to our events and provide them with information about the building and surrounding area.
- Guide delegates through their event and help them maximise their time with us.

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality or events is advantageous.
