This is a full-time on-site role in Dublin for an Events Coordinator. The Events Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events to ensure a seamless experience for clients and guests. Daily tasks include liaising with clients to understand their needs, coordinating with suppliers and vendors, managing event logistics, and ensuring all events meet the company's high standards. The Events Coordinator will collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to promote and deliver successful events.
- Event Planning and Coordination skills, including logistics management
- Excellent communication and client liaison abilities
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Vendor and supplier management experience
- Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and operations teams
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
