We are seeking a highly skilled High-Level Wedding and Events Coordinator to join our team. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will possess excellent communication skills to effectively manage all aspects of meetings, conferences, and events at the hotel.

  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs, create detailed event proposals, and ensure seamless execution with other departments.
  • Oversight of all aspects of meetings, conferences, and events, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Leadership and organisational skills to assist in leading the events team, manage budgets, and maintain high service standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities
  1. Event Planning: Develop and implement event concepts that exceed client expectations, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
  2. Client Communication: Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client inquiries and concerns, and proactively managing client relationships.
  3. Team Leadership: Collaborate with the events team to achieve shared goals, promote a positive work environment, and foster open communication.

  • Proven experience in wedding and events coordination or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills, with the ability to think critically and respond effectively to changing circumstances.
