Banqueting Manager

About This Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our catering team as a Banqueting Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the smooth delivery of events, ensuring an exceptional level of service and product quality for each client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To manage and coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, menu creation, and logistics.
  • To lead a team of staff to ensure seamless execution of events, maintaining high standards of service and presentation at all times.
  • To work closely with clients to understand their requirements and preferences, providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Requirements:
  • At least three years' experience in a banquet operations or C&B management role within a luxury hotel, venue, or catering company.
  • Excellent client relationship skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Impeccable service standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking ability, with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Own transport required, with venues located primarily in South Dublin.
