Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our organization's global financial transformation program. As a key member of the finance team, you will be responsible for leading and delivering financial operations projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and accuracy of deliverables.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, tax, legal, IT, and internal controls, to drive project success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails over deliverables.
About the Role:
  • You must have 3+ years of experience post-qualification in a similar role, preferably in a big 4 or large public company environment.
  • Experience in consolidations, accounting, and financial reporting is essential, as well as working in a SOX internal controls environment.
  • You should have an attitude geared towards process improvement, with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and operationalizing process improvements and controls.
  • Ability to prioritize and work with various collaborators, customers, partners, and team members while consistently meeting deadlines.
