Job Title: Accounts and Financial Services Administrator
Job Description:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to join our team. As an Accounts and Financial Services Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing bank reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all financial records are up to date
- Manage email and phone queries from customers and suppliers
- Process customer and supplier invoices
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent timekeeping and punctuality skills
- Proficient in bookkeeping and financial standard practices
- Accounting qualification is an advantage
- Working knowledge of management accounts, P&L, journals, and general ledgers
- Proficient in Sage, Bright Pay, and ROS portal
- MS Office proficiency is a pre-requisite
- Good typing skills
This is a part-time/hybrid/flexitime role with excellent work/life balance and bonus/health/pension benefits. Remuneration is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
