The Role You'll Play

We are seeking applications for a new position that involves working closely with our Client Directors/Account Managers to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

  • This role requires you to have agency-side experience servicing clients like charities/public bodies/voluntary groups and campaigning organisations.

You will be responsible for assisting Account Managers on all projects and campaigns, taking a lead role in devising digital and social media fundraising strategies, and providing expert client-facing services during implementation and data-linked evaluations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Account Managers on project management
  • Taking a lead role in devising digital and social media fundraising strategies
  • Assisting with multi-channel campaigns and content creation
  • Providing expert client-facing services during implementation and data-linked evaluations
  • Analysing fundraising trends and applying market research insights to enhance campaign performance
  • Ensuring familiarity with marketing and CRM tools
  • Working constructively with the wider campaign team to ensure each project is executed to the highest standards
