Water Distribution Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Water Distribution Specialist to provide high-quality services across Northern Ireland, working on Social Housing maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a high-quality service to tenants, focusing on domestic properties that are either occupied or void.
  • Capture and communicate any additional work through the company's PDA system.
  • Maintain compliance with job timeframes, ensuring target completion dates are met.
  • Adhere to materials/workmanship schedules, maintaining and caring for all company tools.
  • Utilize appropriate safety equipment and ensure areas of work are left clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Possess a Level 3 NVQ in a relevant trade or equivalent qualification.
  • Hold previous trades experience in a similar role, with up-to-date knowledge of relevant industry legislation and regulations.
  • Hold a current and valid Full & Clean UK driving license and Valid CSR Card.
  • Have experience working within the Social Housing sector, ideally within the Construction Industry.
