Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Catering Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, ensuring it is served hot and appealing to customers.
  • Customer Focus: Delight customers by providing excellent levels of service, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they leave with a smile on their face.
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the restaurant, including kitchen, dining area, and storage facilities.
Requirements
  • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering excellent service, with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
  • HACCP Knowledge: Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) hygiene systems, with the ability to maintain high standards of food safety.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Personal drive, great attention to detail, integrity, respect for colleagues and customers, and a motivated attitude.
