As a Senior Cybersecurity Architect, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization and making a direct impact in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Embedding threat modeling, security design, and architecture reviews into product teams to create secure software applications and platform products from the start
  • Monitoring key risk indicators to identify, quantify, communicate, and manage issues in a timely manner
  • Providing technical guidance and direction to support business and technical teams, contractors, and vendors
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and senior leaders to recommend business modifications during periods of vulnerability
  • Acting as a function-wide subject matter expert in cybersecurity areas
  • Contributing to the engineering community as an advocate for firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle

Required qualifications include:

  • Formal training or certification in cybersecurity concepts and advanced experience
  • Hands-on practical experience delivering enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions and controls via Threat Modeling and Security Design & Architecture Reviews
  • Advanced knowledge of programming languages and source code review skills to identify security flaws and recommend secure coding patterns
  • Considerable, in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines, such as cloud platforms, containerization technologies, and managed Kubernetes services
  • Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little oversight
  • Practical cloud native experience
  • Ability to evaluate current and emerging technologies to select or recommend the best solutions

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience communicating effectively with senior business leaders
  • Proven experience upskilling and learning modern technologies
  • Experience working with vendors to evaluate third-party technologies and products
