Customer Service Representative

The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our salon.
This is an entry-level position that requires strong communication skills and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in beauty, retail or corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage front-of-house operations, including making appointments and coordinating bookings and inquiries.
- Organise mail and provide general administrative support, reporting directly to senior management.
- Handle day-to-day operations such as cash management and stock ordering.
- Ensure registers are completed, gowns are organised, appointment books are up-to-date, staff hours and breaks are correctly programmed, and the desk is clear of unnecessary items.
- Comply with our visual standards.
- Contribute ideas, implement strategic direction, and execute related strategies as the role evolves.
- Manage marketing and social media content; identify target markets and opportunities for new business.
- Experience in beauty/hairdressing, retail, restaurants or corporate environments.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Presentation skills and professional appearance.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Part-time position.
