Job Title: Waste Collection Driver

The primary responsibility of this role is to collect waste streams/bins from customer locations across a designated route network. The successful candidate will possess all necessary qualifications, licenses, and certifications.

  1. Main Duties: Increase service quality and market share in serviced areas, ensure work is completed safely and professionally, and return bins to a safe location.
  2. Responsibilities: Collect various waste streams/bins, supervise operatives (helpers), complete paperwork and vehicle safety checks daily, and comply with company policies.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. A minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role.
  2. Possession of a C license, digital driving card, and CPC card.
  3. Essential Skills: Strong understanding and adherence to legislative, company, and health & safety processes/policies, manual handling, and safe pass.
  4. Desirable Qualifications: Experience in the transport/waste industry, flexibility to work across different sections, and eligibility to work in Ireland.
