Key Responsibilities:Leadership
  • Manage full project lifecycle for various developments in Ireland and the UK.
  • Control project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management plans, ensuring alignment with objectives.
  • Lead project teams and coordinate stakeholders to achieve milestones.
Procurement & Commercial Expertise
  • Leads procurement process for contractors, consultants, and suppliers, adhering to project requirements.
  • Applies quantity surveying expertise in cost planning, tendering, contract negotiations, and change control.
  • Administers contracts, ensuring payment schedules, claims, and variations are managed effectively.
Regulatory Compliance & Building Control Oversight
  • Evaluates compliance with building regulations, including energy performance, fire safety, structural integrity, and accessibility standards.
  • Liaises with approved inspectors, building authorities, and design consultants to manage inspections and obtain compliance certificates.
  • Stays current with changes in building legislation and local authority requirements in both jurisdictions.
Team Coordination, Quality, & HSE Leadership
  • Promotes high standards of quality, health & safety, and environmental performance on projects.
  • Enforces compliance with CDM Regulations (UK) and other relevant health & safety legislation.
  • Champions sustainable practices and adherence to environmental guidelines.
Reporting & Governance
  • Produces clear and structured reports on project progress, cost tracking, risk, and milestones for senior leadership and investors.
  • Maintains thorough and auditable project documentation in line with governance and compliance standards.
