Leadership Position in Competition Enforcement

The role is pivotal in driving the success of competition enforcement in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing strategies to build a recognised body in cartel and competition enforcement.
  • Providing direction to cases and litigation, overseeing strong case management structures with a culture of solution focused debate.
  • Acting as line manager to Directors of Cartels Division, Antitrust Division, Competition Legal Division and Forensic Technology & Data Analytics Division.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • A third-level qualification in Law, Economics, Business or related discipline.
  • At least 5 years' experience of leading and managing people/teams in legal, economic, regulatory and/or enforcement areas.
  • Strong legal/economic drafting skills, including ability to understand and analyse information and deliver clear reports.
