Transport Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Transport Administrator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily bookings, processing patient referrals, engaging with partner hospitals, and providing exceptional customer service.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and collate referral information from partner hospitals
  • Process patient referrals and make contact with patients to take booking information
  • Process daily patient bookings and input information on CRM database
  • Manage incoming and outgoing patient calls and emails
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
