We are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team of professionals.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity will see you working across a range of building surveying disciplines, supporting a national client base.

You will be responsible for delivering commercial building surveying services including contract administration, technical due diligence, dilapidations, and building pathology.

Your key responsibilities will include producing high-quality reports and documentation, providing expert advice and guidance to clients, and building long-term client relationships.

Requirements
  • MRICS / SCSI qualified with a degree in Building Surveying or equivalent.
  • Commercially astute with experience in a proactive consultancy environment.
  • Excellent technical building knowledge and strong project delivery skills.
  • Strong report writing and client presentation abilities.
  • A confident communicator and effective team player.
