Business Strategist Role

Our organization seeks a seasoned Business Strategist with expertise in HR systems to lead business analysis efforts across the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies for HR system projects.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate requirements into clear solution designs.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture business requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and produce Business Requirement Specifications.
  • Map existing processes and design future-state solutions.
  • Support solution implementation and track benefit realization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business analysis with HRIS platforms.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with process mapping and technical specification development.
  • Familiarity with agile project environments is an advantage.
