Project Coordinator Role

At a leading organization, we are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Cork, Ireland. This pivotal role requires exceptional leadership and management skills to oversee and guide projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Initiation and Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans and initiate projects according to the company's vision and mission.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects to ensure successful delivery.
  • Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to health, safety, environment, and quality.
  • Resource and Schedule Management: Effectively manage resources and schedules to deliver projects on time and within scope.
  • Team Leadership and Motivation: Lead and motivate teams to drive operational excellence across the business.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records and reports to support project closure and performance evaluation.
Person Specification:
  • Education Requirements:- A Level 8 Degree in Electrical/Project Management or Energy/Mechanical.
    - PMP, PSCS, and electrical certifications highly desirable.
    - A Level 6 Craft Electrical Certificate desirable.
  • Experience:- 5+ years in electrical engineering, project management experience in electrical projects. Previous experience in Public lighting highly desirable.
