Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Freight Operations Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer relationships, liaising with customers, suppliers, and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Schedule drivers and vehicles to meet customer bookings while maintaining good operational practices.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and issue quotations and convert them into bookings.
  • Support colleagues in other departments as well as offices nationally and internationally.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Experience working in a similar environment with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and be accountable for tasks and actions.
  • Prior experience in Air Freight and customs is advantageous, along with proficiency in all Microsoft packages.
Work Arrangements:
  • Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm
  • Ongoing career progression and promotion opportunities
  • Twenty-five days paid annual leave
