Position OverviewThis is an exciting opportunity with a market leader in the automotive industry. We are seeking a strong sales professional to lead the South of Ireland sales for vehicle enhancement and finished vehicle services. If you have extensive knowledge of the automotive sector and a proven sales record, this role offers a broad and dynamic range of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities- Support strategic business development activities across Ireland.
- Lead the sales tendering process in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Maintain a database of tender opportunities and potential clients.
- Conduct market research on OEM logistics activities and opportunities.
- Assist with account management and resolve client issues.
- Act as Account Manager for OEM, Importer, and Distributor clients.
- Develop industry knowledge in Finished Vehicle Logistics.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, including social media, industry events, and collaboration with external agencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
- Valid driver's license.
- At least three years of relevant sales experience.
- Strong analytical, logical thinking, and project management skills.
- Experience with tender processes and closing sales.
- High emotional intelligence, creativity, and marketing flair.
- Comfortable working across sales and marketing disciplines.
