Job Description

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to join our team as a Team Leader in Finance Operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance operations team, driving process efficiencies, and implementing automated solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance accounting, with experience in designing and implementing process improvements. They will also have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop junior staff.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Accounting Qualification: Professional qualification such as CIMA or ACCA is required.
  • Insurance Accounting Knowledge: Strong understanding of insurance accounting principles is essential.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills, with experience in motivating and developing junior staff.
