Job Overview

This is an exciting role for candidates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and working in a dynamic environment.


We are seeking individuals with strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to work well under pressure. As a member of our cabin crew team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our passengers, ensuring their safety and comfort during flights.


Requirements
  • A minimum of one year's experience in hospitality or customer service
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • High school graduate (Grade 12)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (ability to speak another language is an advantage)
  • At least 160cm tall and able to reach 212 cm while standing on tiptoes
  • No visible tattoos while in uniform

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a proactive approach, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. You should also be comfortable with working irregular schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
