Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to support our Life Sciences operations.

  • Develop asset criticality assessments and impact analyses for project change controls from a strategic asset management perspective.
  • Build and transfer accurate asset data to the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) team for successful upload.
  • Ensure seamless handover requirements are met from an asset management and reliability standpoint.

Candidates must hold an engineering qualification with at least 8-10 years of experience, preferably in projects or asset management. Strong understanding of project delivery, equipment handover, and asset management is essential. Effective communication skills and attention to detail are also required.

Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Engineering degree with minimum 8-10 years' experience in projects or asset management.
  • Proven project engineering and commissioning experience on large capital projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project delivery, equipment handover, and asset management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
