Job Title: Asset Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that engineering and asset management standards are met during asset set up and handover.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct asset criticality assessments to identify high-risk assets.
  • Evaluate project change controls from a risk management perspective.
  • Compile and transfer asset data to the CMMS team for upload.
  • Ensure handover requirements are met from an asset management and reliability standpoint.
  • Maintain adherence to local and global engineering and asset management standards during asset set up and handover.
Key Qualifications
  • Hold a degree in engineering with 8-10 years of experience, preferably in projects/asset management.
  • Prior experience in project engineering/commissioning on large capital projects.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of project delivery, equipment handover, and asset management principles.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
