Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Asset Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our enterprise asset management system.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning, enhancement, and standardization of master data (assets, locations, job plans, work orders, inventory, and calibration datasheets)
  • Ensuring asset structure/hierarchy reflects drawings and in-field conditions
  • Data mapping of current systems to new versions
  • Development and delivery of training for end-users
  • Update and creation of SOPs, training materials, and quality documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with site and global SOPs through collaboration with stakeholders
  • Providing end-user support during and after go-live
  • Supporting moves to new digital technologies (e.g., Maximo mobile, barcode scanning, assignment manager)
  • Communication with other sites across the network to ensure alignment
  • Supporting day-to-day CMMS administration duties (master data management, work order reviews, user setup)

Requirements:
  • Level 8 qualification in engineering, science, or related discipline
  • Previous experience with CMMS systems, preferably Maximo
  • Experience working with large volumes of data
  • Previous experience as a CMMS administrator is a distinct advantage
  • Strong communication skills required
  • Previous experience delivering training to others
