Responsibilities:- Avoiding barriers to communication and supporting individuals to express themselves effectively
- Working closely with service owners, families, carers, schools, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to training and education initiatives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Essential Requirements:- 3rd level qualification in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent CORU registration
- 1 year post qualification experience working with children/young adults with ID
- Holds a full clean driving license and access to a car
