Transforming Guest Experiences Through Strategic Growth

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities locally and globally across diverse segments.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with sales objectives and growth strategies.
  • Represent the hotels at sales meetings, internal & external customer events as appropriate.
Customer Engagement - Diverse Segments
  • Develop a proactive sales plan to nurture new accounts across all segments for the hotels.
  • Explore and manage new opportunities in your market in line with hotels strategy and across the wider portfolio.
  • Partner with Account Management Teams to foster existing relationships and secure new opportunities following established sales processes.
Planning & Analysis
  • Work with stakeholders on rate strategy, budget planning, forecasting for diverse segments and identifying opportunities that align with hotel business goals.
  • Monitor corporate account production monthly, tracking decreases and taking corrective action to address any issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within hotels.
  • Effective communication and analytical skills with commercial awareness.
