Job Title: Cyber Security Strategist

Overview:

  • The Manager of Information Security plays a pivotal role in ensuring the security and integrity of our products and infrastructure.
  • Responsibilities include leading diverse teams to strive for excellence, achieving and maintaining required certifications, and improving the security posture of our organization.
  • The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in an IT managerial role with a focus on security and compliance.
  • They must have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as experience working with security tools and technologies such as cloud hosting platforms and CI/CD automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead diverse teams to strive for excellence.
  • Improve the security posture of our organization.
  • Maintain alignment with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Foster and maintain working relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Perform vulnerability management.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in an IT managerial role with a focus on security and compliance.
  • Experience in delivering and maintaining certifications such as ISO 9001 and 27001.
  • Familiarity with audit processes and standards such as GDPR, GAMP, ISO 9001, NIST, and ISO 27001.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-discipline team to achieve common outcomes.
  • Leadership, planning, and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with security tools such as SAST and DAST scanners.
  • Experience in areas such as Vulnerability, DR, and Incident Management.
  • Experience with a variety of technologies such as cloud hosting platforms, CI/CD automation, security test tools, and collaboration tools.
