You'll lead the front office shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcoming guests with style and efficiency, handling check-ins, check-outs, and all related tasks.
  • Handling any issues that may arise with a calm and professional demeanor, ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
  • Supporting and coaching team members to help them grow and feel confident in their roles.
  • Maintaining a sharp, organized, and welcoming front desk space that reflects our brand's unique vibe.
  • Processing payments, billing, and guest accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assisting the Food & Beverage service as needed, because we're all one team.
  • Ensuring all safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are met and exceeded.
  • Acting as the shift manager when senior leaders are off-duty, keeping things on track and under control.
  • Promoting our brand and loyalty program with pride and personality.
