
Transformational Front Desk Leader

This role is perfect for a charismatic leader who can thrive in fast-paced environments where excellent service and fun go hand-in-hand.
You'll lead the front office shift, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming guests with style and efficiency, handling check-ins, check-outs, and all related tasks.
- Handling any issues that may arise with a calm and professional demeanor, ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
- Supporting and coaching team members to help them grow and feel confident in their roles.
- Maintaining a sharp, organized, and welcoming front desk space that reflects our brand's unique vibe.
- Processing payments, billing, and guest accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assisting the Food & Beverage service as needed, because we're all one team.
- Ensuring all safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are met and exceeded.
- Acting as the shift manager when senior leaders are off-duty, keeping things on track and under control.
- Promoting our brand and loyalty program with pride and personality.
