Seeking a charismatic leader to head our front desk team. As the first point of contact for guests, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and efficient check-in experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the front office shift, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
- Welcome guests with style and efficiency, handling check-ins, check-outs, and all related tasks.
- Support and coach team members to help them grow and feel confident in their roles.
- Maintain a sharp, organized, and welcoming front desk space that reflects the hotel's vibe.
- Process payments, billing, and guest accounts with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with Food & Beverage service as needed.
- Ensure all safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are met and exceeded.
- Promote the hotel brand with pride and personality.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to take initiative.
- The ability to bring out the best in people and lead by example.
- Strong communication skills and ability to juggle tasks while keeping guests happy.
- English language proficiency (bonus points for other languages).
- Understanding of hotel hospitality and front office operations.
Bonus points for previous experience in a front office leadership or supervisor role, familiarity with systems like Opera and Micros, or experience with lifestyle hotel brands.
