Front Office Leadership Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and coach team members to grow and excel in their roles, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain a sharp, organized, and welcoming front desk space that reflects the hotel's vibe.
  • Process payments, billing, and guest accounts with accuracy and attention to detail, adhering to established standards.
  • Assist in supporting Food & Beverage service as needed, contributing to the overall guest experience.
  • Ensure all safety, hygiene, and compliance standards are met and exceeded, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
