  • A solid understanding of food safety regulations and licensing requirements is essential.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a front office leadership or supervisory position is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with systems like Opera and Micros is a plus.
  • You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
