Hotel Front Office Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic individual to lead our front office team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, providing excellent customer service, and takes pride in being the first point of contact for our guests.

As a front office supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading by example, setting high standards for yourself and your team.
  2. Welcoming guests with style and efficiency, handling check-ins, check-outs, and other related tasks.
  3. Managing guest issues, maintaining a calm demeanor, and finding solutions to any problems that may arise.
  4. Coaching and mentoring team members, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.
  5. Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area, reflecting the hotel's brand and image.
  6. Processing payments, billing, and guest accounts accurately and efficiently.
  7. Supporting the Food & Beverage team as needed, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
  8. Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
  9. Acting as shift manager when senior leaders are off duty, maintaining control and direction.
  10. Promoting the hotel's brand and loyalty program with enthusiasm and personality.
