
Senior Front Desk Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic individual to lead our front office team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, providing excellent customer service, and takes pride in being the first point of contact for our guests.
As a front office supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the front desk, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Leading by example, setting high standards for yourself and your team.
- Welcoming guests with style and efficiency, handling check-ins, check-outs, and other related tasks.
- Managing guest issues, maintaining a calm demeanor, and finding solutions to any problems that may arise.
- Coaching and mentoring team members, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area, reflecting the hotel's brand and image.
- Processing payments, billing, and guest accounts accurately and efficiently.
- Supporting the Food & Beverage team as needed, contributing to a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
- Acting as shift manager when senior leaders are off duty, maintaining control and direction.
- Promoting the hotel's brand and loyalty program with enthusiasm and personality.

- Effective communication skills in English, with bonus points for additional languages.

- Previous experience in a front office leadership or supervisory role.
- Familiarity with systems such as Opera and Micros.
- Demonstrated knowledge of food safety and licensing requirements.
