The Sales Team Manager manages sales team performance to drive maximum store growth. This role creates a customer experience resulting in complete customer satisfaction while meeting guidelines. The Sales Team Manager ensures that the store achieves sales and customer service standards.

The role strives to create an inspirational, fun, and productive work environment.

Responsibilities include creating a positive working atmosphere, demonstrating company values, driving sales, providing engagement leadership, ensuring brand representation, interacting with customers, training staff, and managing staffing levels.

Requirements include 3+ years of experience in furniture retail sales, minimum 2 years' prior experience managing a professional sales team, and strong IT skills.
