Administrative Assistant Job Description:

The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, encompassing invoice processing, banking and payments, and record maintenance for tax return preparation.

Duties include managing incoming correspondence, maintaining files and filing systems, and assisting with meetings, travel arrangements, and other ad hoc tasks as required.

  • Maturity: Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information and challenging scenarios.
  • Flexibility: Capacity to adapt to varying tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial Acumen: Proficiency in finance or bookkeeping practices, including budgeting and financial planning.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient task completion.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with modern office software and tools, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Previous Experience Required: Experience in finance or bookkeeping, including banking and payments and assistance with tax-related documents.
