Lead Store Executive

Job Overview

As a Lead Store Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving results by leading a high-performing team. You will be responsible for supervising the store leadership and cast members, promoting innovative ideas, and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead a team that drives sales growth through effective recruiting, hiring, retention, and performance management strategies.
  • Provide clear role clarification, listen actively, ask questions, and share information to continually train and develop the entire cast.
  • Hold self, cast, and store leadership accountable for their contribution to store results by aligning clear goals and expectations, tracking progress, ensuring appropriate feedback, and addressing performance issues promptly.
  • Drive sales results of products by analyzing and monitoring sales data, determining action plans to drive sales based on product placement.
  • Establish positive, memorable experiences for guests by prioritizing guest satisfaction, maintaining impeccable visual standards, and coaching store leadership and cast members to achieve Disney brand standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven ability to develop and lead a high-performing team that drives results
  • Strong proficiency in business acumen, with prior experience in specialty retail preferred
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and vision
  • Understanding and adherence to health and safety guidelines, with manual handling and ladder use as necessary
  • Professional appearance and demeanor at all times
