Job Description:

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Corporate Governance Administrator to join our team at CPL, a not-for-profit organization based in Ireland. This is a permanent full-time position with excellent hybrid work options.

Responsibilities
  • Administer daily operations of the Company Secretary Function, including diary management, preparation for meetings, and organizational tasks.
  • Prepare and compile official Board Packs in collaboration with the Company Secretarial Function.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative matters.
  • Organize Board and Committee Meetings, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
  • Oversee documentation management, including scanning, filing, and circulation of correspondence.
  • Support Board Meetings and prepare Agendas, Minutes, and Reports as necessary.
  • Ensure efficient office administration and management, handling orders and invoices accordingly.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office applications.
  • At least five years of experience in an administrative role with a proven track record of delivering results under pressure.
  • Familiarity with digital platforms and tools.
  • Superior organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
  • Able to multitask, work independently, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
