We are seeking an experienced Physics Teacher to join our dynamic team at Nord Anglia International School Dublin.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified teacher with a degree in Physics to teach IB MYP and DP Physics to students aged 11-18. As a Physics Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging learning experiences that encourage curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • You will plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons aligned with IB requirements, using assessment to inform teaching and track progress.
  • Differentiate learning to meet diverse student needs, including English as an Additional Language (EAL) and Access to Education (AEN) learners.
  • Foster a stimulating, safe, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and curiosity.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A fully qualified teaching qualification and a degree in Physics (or related field)
  • Proven experience teaching Physics at IB MYP and DP level, ideally in an international school setting
  • A passion for science education and the ability to inspire and motivate young people
  • Strong understanding of the IB philosophy, assessment principles, and inquiry-based learning
  • Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
