Job Overview

This role provides operational and strategic support to the social media team. Key responsibilities include assisting in the execution of social content plans, managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating campaigns, and ensuring the timely scheduling and optimization of content across key social media platforms.

Key tasks include assisting with content creation, executing serialized templated content across channels, supporting the day-to-day management of social media platforms, scheduling content for timely publishing, and coordinating content production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the development and execution of social content plans that align with brand tone of voice (TOV) and marketing objectives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of periodic product-focused content that aligns with social media strategy and business goals.
  • Execute templated content across key channels, ensuring consistency and creativity in delivering engaging content on a recurring basis.
  • Support the ongoing management of social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and fostering community engagement.
  • Manage the scheduling and timely publishing of content across social media platforms, ensuring all posts align with campaign timelines and content calendars.
  • Coordinate content production, including supporting the creation of photos, videos, and creative assets from third parties.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in social media roles, preferably in retail, with a strong foundation in content creation, campaign execution, and platform management.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools for scheduling, publishing, and campaign tracking, as well as photo/video editing software.
  • A keen interest in social media trends and an ability to assist with content creation, optimization, and scheduling for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
