Procurement Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team as a skilled Procurement Lead, responsible for managing the procurement of building materials and services across high-value construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of building materials and the construction supply chain, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. They will also possess a team-oriented approach and proactive attitude, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the procurement process from start to finish, including sourcing new suppliers and reviewing tender documentation.
  • Negotiating supplier terms and conducting price comparisons to ensure optimal costs.
  • Collaborating with site management teams to identify and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in procurement or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
