Property Legal Executive Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Legal Executive to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales files from start to finish, working in a team environment and liaising with clients, agents and banks. Key responsibilities include preparing booklets of title and ancillary documents for the sale, drafting contracts and issuing to purchasers' solicitors, addressing queries from purchasers' solicitors, arranging completions and carrying out closings, maintaining trackers of progress on sales, preparing necessary documents for registration in the Registry of Deeds and Land Registry, dealing with any post-completion matters such as outstanding undertakings or queries, and updating spread sheets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years relevant experience in the area of property, working as a legal executive.
  • Experience with new build conveyancing is an advantage.
  • Experience dealing with high volume residential deals would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
