About the Role- Creation and analysis of key operational metrics, such as fuel efficiency KPIs.
- Management of performance targets and improvement initiatives.
- Supporting local management in addressing performance gaps.
- Fostering a culture of performance enhancement across all locations.
- Developing 'Best in Practice' strategies.
- Cross-functional collaboration to deliver savings in key business areas.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and results-driven, trustworthy, and able to work independently. A valid driving license and proficient Microsoft Office skills are required.
