Sales Performance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Sales Performance Specialist to join our high-energy team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closed deal.
  • Grow and manage our client base, identifying opportunities for expansion and increasing revenue.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline, effectively managing multiple leads and priorities.
  • Demonstrate and promote our products or services to clients, highlighting their value and benefits.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced sales environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • The ability to identify high-potential leads and close deals effectively.
  • A team-oriented mindset, with a 'can-do' attitude and a passion for achieving targets.
