Strategic Category Insights Specialist

Job Overview:
">- Data Analytics and Insight Generation: Assist the Market Development Manager in driving total category growth for retailers and Nestlé Purina through data analysis and insight generation.
- Category Management: Collaborate with category and brand teams to ensure successful new product launches into customers and manage daily relationships with research agencies from coding to data delivery and reporting.
- Shopper Marketing Plans: Deliver shopper marketing plans to drive product returns on sales, collaborating with external shopper agencies, and create and deliver the Annual Shopper Marketing plan across categories and channels, including online presence.
- Performance Measurement: Analyze market performance to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
">- Previous experience in category management, shopper marketing, insights management or consumer marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights.
- Proven ability to create category insight-driven sales stories and identify opportunities and threats from market data.
- Ability to manipulate data from Nielsen, Kantar and Dunnhumby.
