Key Role

The role of Insights & Shopper Marketing Manager is a vital component in driving total category growth for the retailer and Nestlé Purina. This position supports the Market Development (MDO) Manager across all customers with data analytics and insight generation to drive sales.

  • Deliver continuous insights through category performance monitoring and provide regular updates internally and externally.
  • Work with category and brand teams to ensure successful new product launches into customers.
  • Manage relationships with research agencies from coding to data delivery and reporting.

This is an exciting opportunity for a self-motivated individual with a curious and creative mindset to succeed in a fast-paced channel. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in category management, shopper marketing, or consumer marketing.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing shopper marketing strategies to drive product return on sales, collaborating with external shopper agencies.
  • Managing resources to maximise ROI.
  • Executing successful tradeshows and category sells with retailers to drive Nestlé sales at key occasions.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly analytical individual with excellent relationship-building abilities internally, externally, and within multifunctional teams. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to create category insight-driven sales stories and identify opportunities and threats from market data.
  • Demonstrable record of success in a customer-facing role.
