
Medical Customer Service Specialist

">Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all orders and queries from Benelux customers.">
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with Benelux-based teams and customers to maximize sales growth.">
- Position Teleflex as a key preferred supplier in the medical devices space.">
- Process all orders accurately and promptly upon receipt.">
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve them satisfactorily.">
- Escalate product complaints to the appropriate department.">
- Maintain regular contact with the warehouse and purchasing departments.">
- Act as principal contact person for designated key accounts.">
- Report monthly activity and involvement with these accounts to management.">
- Liaise with the sales force on quotations, orders, and general customer information.">
- Process daily invoicing, billing corrections, and returns according to company policy.">
- Adhere to the Quality Management system.">
Requirements:

- Fluency in Dutch required.">
- Fluency in French desirable.">
- Education to Leaving Certificate level or similar.">
- Business or relevant 3rd-level qualification desirable.">
- Experience in a fast-moving customer service environment, preferably within a multinational setting.">
- Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.">
- SAP SD user level experience desirable.">
- A self-starter approach and ability to work effectively in a multicultural team.">
- Accuracy and attention to detail paramount.">
- Flexibility to help colleagues meet deadlines.">
