Job Description:

Manage orders and queries from customers in the Benelux region. Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers to maximize sales growth.

Process all orders received via telephone, email, etc. accurately and promptly upon receipt.

  • Ensure customer queries, order queries, stock situations, deliveries, invoices, product queries, literature & sample requests, etc. are handled and resolved satisfactorily.
  • Deal with customer complaints upon receipt and resolve to satisfaction.
  • Escalate product complaints to the appropriate department.

Coordinate deliveries, returns, etc. with the warehouse and purchasing department.

Act as principal contact person for designated key accounts. Report on monthly activity and involvement with these accounts.

Liaise with the sales force on quotations, orders, product queries, and general information from customers.

Process daily invoicing, billing corrections, and returns according to company policy.

Adhere to the Teleflex Quality Management system.

Education / Experience Requirements:
  • Fluency in Dutch required.
  • Fluency in French is desirable.
  • Leaving Certificate level or similar education preferred.
  • Several years' experience in a fast-moving customer service environment, preferably multinational.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional telephone manner.
  • SAP SD user level experience desirable.

Self-starter attitude, flexibility, and ability to work effectively within a multi-cultural team towards deadlines.

Accuracy, attention to detail, and willingness to help other colleagues meet deadlines.

Able to work on own initiative and as a team player.

Good organisational skills with cultural awareness and sensitivity.

Good judgment and problem-solving ability.
