Job Title: Enterprise Scheduling Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling various services and activities across multiple sites.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can manage complex schedules and priorities with ease. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule service visits, ensuring timely completion and minimizing rescheduling.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including hosting, permits, and IT requests.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Perform daily administrative tasks, such as quotation requests and purchase orders.
  • Track costs, monitor performance metrics, and report regularly to management.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of scheduling and coordination experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in using planning and administrative tools, such as SAP and Smartsheet.
